Amy and Dave Morta
We’ve been doing weddings for a very long time, and I can honestly say for all the ones I’ve been a part of, Dave and Amy made me feel as if I’ve been a part of their families for years. I guess we kind of have been, since we’ve now been a part of 4 weddings with the Morta’s. Such a wonderful way to celebrate a Friday wedding. Check out some highlights of the day.
As you could see, it really was a great day at the Barn on Bridge. However, one of my favorite moments of the day really was one that only I heard…..Until Now. Take a listen.
That right there has to be one of the best parts of having a microphone on the groom. Sometimes, I hear bathroom visits before ceremonies, but the words Dave shared to Amy really makes it all worth it.
There are so many elements to a wedding, that people may never see and or hear. Elegance is something that always comes to mind in viewing a wedding. But what people don’t see, are moments like this. And sometimes even the photographer doesn’t quite hear it right away either. Take a listen.
Thankful that Ramy heard Amy the second time around. That, or the veil was coming off on the paver stones.
Speaking of Ramy, I want to thank him for being a wonderful photographer to work with. The kind of guy I’d always choose to shoot a wedding with, because we really worked so very well together. Here’s a link to his website. Photography by Ramy
I have to get together with Dave sometime, to figure out what the whole “Lost in the Woods” thing is all about. Watch this Instagram clip, and let me know if you know what it’s all about. Even Amy looks like she’s trying to figure it out. Lol.
